FightLabXP Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-21

FightLabXP is an independent, offline fighter planning companion. This policy describes the FightLabXP mobile application and the companion planner at FightLabXP.com.

Information in the app

The app stores the fighter names and configurations you choose to save on your device. You do not need an account. The app does not automatically upload your saved fighters and does not include advertising, tracking, or analytics.

Sharing and saved plans

You can choose to copy or send a fighter link, or copy a build to your clipboard. A fighter link contains a readable snapshot of its name and planning choices. Anyone with the link can open it in the browser planner. Links do not update automatically and cannot be revoked; avoid including sensitive information. Opening a link sends the encoded plan in the web address to the browser service and its hosting provider, which may also receive network information such as the visitor’s IP address. The browser service is subject to its hosting and privacy practices. Your chosen destination app or service handles the shared information under its own policies. App data may be included in operating-system backups or device transfers according to your device settings.

Website visitor statistics

The website counts unique browsers and visits using random identifiers stored in your browser and our hosting database, with first-visit timestamps and aggregate totals. We do not include IP addresses, names, shared fighter contents, or browsing histories in these analytics records, and do not send them to an advertising service. A visit means a browser tab session; unique browsers are an estimate, not a count of identified people. Clearing browser storage or using another browser can count you again. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and skip tracking when browser storage is unavailable. These statistics begin on October 21, 2026 and are retained to measure cumulative website use. The native mobile app remains analytics-free.

The companion website

Opening a shared fighter loads the plan carried in its link. Saving a fighter in the website's My fighters locker sends its name and configuration to our hosting service for storage. A necessary browser cookie identifies that browser's locker; no account or password is required. The browser locker is separate from your mobile app's saved fighters and from lockers in other browsers or on other domains. Do not use fighter names to store personal or sensitive information.

Delete saved website fighters using their Delete control while you still have access to that browser's locker. Clearing cookies removes that browser's access but does not itself delete the stored fighters. If you need help deleting website information, email us before clearing cookies. We may need information that identifies the relevant locker; we will not ask for game-account passwords. We do not automatically publish your saved website locker. Anyone with a shared fighter link can read that individual snapshot.

External pages and support

Support and privacy links open only when selected. The sites and services you open may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and handle information under their own policies. If you email support, we and our email service, Spacemail, receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords or sensitive account information.

Retention and your choices

Saved fighters remain until you delete them from My builds or remove the app's data. Uninstalling removes local app data, but device backups and information you shared elsewhere may remain. Manage those copies through your device settings and the destination service. If you contact support, we use your message to respond and resolve the issue; ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed.

Security

Our public website uses HTTPS. Browser locker access depends on its cookie, so keep your device and browser secure. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Shared fighter links are not encrypted secrets or private account invitations.

Children and accounts

The app has no user accounts, social feed, user messaging, or targeted advertising. Do not put personal or sensitive information in fighter names or shared links.

Changes and contact

If app behavior changes, we will update this policy. Contact FightLabXP support at support@fightlabxp.com with privacy or deletion questions.
